The ENGINE computes your ATL, CTL, TSB, and ACWR in real time using the Banister TRIMP model and your personal HR zones (Karvonen method — your real FCmax and FCrep, never 220-age).

Daily training directive

Each morning, MORPHY issues one of four decisions: Rest · Reduce · Maintain · Increase — with a confidence score, reasoning, and specific session guidance.
